Services for people with sight and hearing difficulties are available in Norfolk from statutory and voluntary organisations. The agencies meet regularly to discuss the sensory needs of Norfolk people and plan how we can deliver an affective service.
Norfolk Adult Social Services have a dedicated sensory support unit that consults and plans with people who need to access services.
The sensory support unit and partners work together to enable people with a sensory loss to access opportunities for learning, employment, social activities, housing support and maximise independence.
