The Supporting People programme aims to fund services to provide housing support that complements other forms of support available to vulnerable and disabled people. The programme is large and complex. We have developed a basic leaflet, which describes the programme and gives contacts for support.

The Quality Assessment Framework (or QAF) is the means by which quality is measured and improved in housing support services. In 2009 the government introduced a new QAF which made significant changes to the previous system of measuring and assuring quality.
