Norfolk Trusted Trader enables consumers to make informed decisions, based on information provided directly from other people who have used the services of a business. The scheme also seeks to promote reliable local businesses, whose success we also wish to support.
The Trusted Trader Directory is available online and is updated on a regular basis.

Norfolk Trusted Trader is a directory of service providers in various trade sectors, including home maintenance & improvement, and personal care services. The scheme is operated by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards Service in partnership with Referenceline.
We aim to help Norfolk consumers make informed choices, and to help older and vulnerable people remain safe and independent in their own homes. The service is available throughout Norfolk.
