Where public safety is compromised an emergency response team will attend the location within two hours of being made aware of the danger. On rare occasions the road will need to be closed. The area will be made safe and arrangements for a permanent repair will be made.

If the repair is considered non-urgent then we will inspect the site when we are next in the area.
