Availability of the websiteWe use the site monitoring service provided by SiteImprove to ensure our website is performing satisfactorily. We aim for our site to be available 100% of the time.
In June 2010, the Norfolk County Council website was available 97.12% of the time.
We monitor how quickly web pages are delivered across the site, and our website is cached to speed up delivery. We upgraded our website content management system during May and moved the website to a new virtual server which will improve performance.
