Welcome to the web pages of Norfolk County Council's Historic Environment Service (formerly Norfolk Landscape Archaeology).

Our aims are to record, protect and manage Norfolk's archaeology and historic environment, making information available and providing guidance and advice to all those with responsibility for or an interest in the past.

The Historic Environment Service consists of five main sections
