Becoming a member

The Norfolk Library and Information Service is open to all. Joining is easy. Most services are free.

How Do I Join?

It’s easy to join. Just bring proof of your name and address and something with your signature to any Norfolk Library, and complete a simple application form . You will be given your Norlink membership card which you can use straight away. Alternatively, you can join online – just fill in a form on screen, and your membership card will be sent to you in the post. Your card will expire every three years to allow us to check that the information we hold about you is correct. All you need to do is let us know if you have not moved or changed names in that period.

Too Young To Join?

No one is too young to join the library and have their own Norlink card. If you are under 16 years old a parent or guardian will have to sign your application form.

Can I Join From Overseas Or Another Part Of The Uk?
