Potholes

To report any problems with pavements or roads such as:

• Potholes

• Damaged pavements

• Road edge deterioration

• Sunken trenches

• Damaged manhole covers or other iron work

Either:

• Contact the Highways Agency if the problem is on the A11, A12 or A47. The Highways Agency is responsible for these roads within Norfolk.

• Contact Norwich City Council if within the City.

• If you are unsure whether the site is within the City Council area of responsibility or the problem is on any other road or pavement in Norfolk contact us.

For emergency reporting please call highways services on 0344 800 8009. Where the problem is considered dangerous an emergency response team will attend the location within two hours of being made aware of the danger. The area will be made safe and arrangements for a permanent repair will be made.
