All Local Transport Authorities are required to produce a Local Transport Plan setting out their strategy for transport delivery.
Norfolk's Local Transport Plan has been rated as 'excellent' by the Government and is recognised as one of the best in the country.
Transport can have a major impact on the environment, such as air pollution and landscape. A Strategic Environment Assessment was part of the development of the Local Transport Plan to help us understand what its environmental impacts could be, and how we could mitigate them.
