Better Together, for Norfolk (PDF) [9MB] is our high-level strategy for 2021-25. It outlines our strategic priorities, and what we intend to do to achieve our vision for Norfolk.

Developing our strategy

Our refreshed strategy reflects what we have learnt from:

• The Together, for Norfolk (PDF) [13MB] plan we launched in 2019, which outlined our ambitions for the county and how we would deliver them
• Together, for our Future - our research into issues that are likely to affect Norfolk in the future, and what we need to do together to tackle them
• Responding to the Covid-19 pandemic - through our interactions with residents and partners, and analysis of the latest data
• Our Rising to the Challenge Together summit - where we brought together leaders and influencers from across Norfolk to look at how we can revitalise and rebuild our county

Our broad ambitions for Norfolk remain the same - but we know that we need a sharper focus on a specific set of critical priorities that will enable us to deliver our vision.
