Family hubs Community Fund

Norfolk's Start for Life and family hub approach focuses on delivering services within the local community network. We use locations that are easily accessible and familiar to families.
We've designed the Family Hubs Community Fund to support local communities in Norfolk. This is by providing grants to:
- Organisations
- Individuals
- Community groups
Those awarded grants support families with children from conception to 19 years old (25 with SEND) by:
- Enhancing community provision
- Improving access to services
The fund encourages the development and expansion of community groups and activities. The aims are to promote wellbeing, social networks, and developmental milestones for children.
