If a care provider does not comply to the Home Office international recruitment rules, a sponsor licence can be suspended or revoked.

Mock UK Visa and Immigration compliance audits 

This is an offer for providers to support UKVI compliance and to help reduce the risk of revocations linked to record keeping. 

If you have recently had a mock UKVI compliance audit, or are planning on arranging one, you may qualify for a full or partial refund of the cost.

Solicitor support workshops

Workshops run from April to September 2025 with a maximum of six providers per session. These workshops are provided by Suffolk Care Association.
