How to apply for an age-related travel pass

Online application
When applying online, your age and address gets checked against national databases. This is to verify them.
This means that most applicants will only need to provide a valid photograph.
Apply online for a new age-related travel pass
If the national databases can't verify your details, your application will be deferred. Read more about deferred applications and what you need to do.
We encourage you to apply online. If you can't apply online, you can use a paper copy of the application form.

You can get a paper copy of the age-related travel pass application form from any Norfolk library.
When to apply
You can apply online up to three months before your 66th birthday.
If doing so, your application will be held until shortly before you turn 66 years old.
If you apply for a new age-related travel pass too early, your application will be deferred. Read more about deferred applications and what you need to do
What you need to provide
You must supply a photograph of yourself for a new application.
If applying online, you can take a photo at the time of applying with a webcam or you can upload one from your computer. Photo files should be in a jpeg format and no larger than 4mb each.
