As part of our monitoring requirements, AtoBetter have commissioned traffic surveys at the developments listed below. Traffic surveys are required by Norfolk County Council and help us understand changes in local travel habits.
The traffic surveys will take place at the developments listed below on a day between 17 and 27 September 2024 from 7am to 7pm.
They will be carried out by our contractor MHTC Ltd.
One of two types of survey will take place on each development:
- traffic-only surveys
- or multimodal surveys
Traffic-only surveys
These surveys count the number of residential vehicles travelling in/out of the development. It's done using temporary automated traffic counters (cameras) set up at the access points. The footage will only be used for the purposes of the surveys and use a low resolution. Video records will not contain any audio content, all footage is deleted once validated.

- Manor Park
- Bure Meadows
- Hampden View
- Birch Gate
- Butterfield Meadow
- Heronsgate
- East Wood
- Pedlars Meadow
- Sewell Meadow
- William's Park
- Mill View
- Ceres Rise
- Festival Park Phase 1
- Bowlers Green
Multimodal surveys
These surveys capture all resident trips in/out of the development. This includes by foot, cycle, as a passenger, bus, and rail. This is done via a short questionnaire completed by our contractor MHTC Ltd at suitable site access point(s). No personal information is recorded.
They will take place at:
- Swan's Nest
- Oakley Park
- Mulberry Park
- Willow Park
- Heath Farm
- Nelson's Park
- Newlands
- Elm Farm
- Dovecote Gardens
- The Gables
- Sovereign Gate
