How to book
Book online
You will be able to book using the Norfolk County Council website, up to seven days in advance.
When you book you will select the recycling centre, date and time you want to visit. You will need to enter the following details:
- Your name
- Your address
- Registration number of the vehicle you will use when you visit
- Your email address
- Whether you are bringing DIY waste
We will send you a booking confirmation by email.
You will need to enter these details each time you book. You can make the process quicker by registering for a MyNorfolk account which will automatically fill in some of these details.
You will also be able to change or cancel your booking if needed.
Book by phone
People who don't have access to the internet can call our Customer Service Centre to make a booking. They will make the booking for you and provide you with a confirmation number.
Norfolk libraries also provide internet access for anyone without the internet at home.
