Opening times

The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you will not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich and the King's Lynn Office from Monday to Friday and also the Great Yarmouth Office from Tuesday to Thursday.

On rare occasions offices may be closed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Registering days will vary between Tuesday and Thursday 10.00am to 4.30pm and we are open most Saturdays 10.00am to 16.00pm

Closed for lunch 1.15pm to 1.45pm

The office is occasionally open at other times and on other days of the week. When booking your appointment online the system will show you if any other days or times can be booked.

Parking

There is parking available at the library.

Accessibility

The office is on the ground floor and is fully accessible.

In an emergency the police can contact a registrar. Call 101 and ask for the control room.
