Supporting Recruitment and Retention in social care

Supporting the social care sector in recruiting and retaining the workforce is one of our top priorities. Working with providers in Norfolk, we are addressing some of the challenges and barriers faced in the sector, and have launched a social care recruitment campaign.

The campaign strategy is to:

  • Develop a sector message for Norfolk to promote working in care
  • Create a digital platform to share stories and experiences from people working in the sector, answer questions candidates may have and list care vacancies across Norfolk
  • Promote the careers site through regional online and offline media, partners and stakeholders
  • Plan events across the county to promote careers in social care in Norfolk
