Changes to our finance system

We are upgrading our finance system. We will not be able to process invoices between 30 March and 12 April 2022 while we carry out essential work on it. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

There will be no change to where you send your invoices or where you direct any queries. However, we would like to make you aware of changes to the emails we send out for each payment.

We currently send PDF remittances attached to an email that explains that you have a payment on its way to you.

After the changes to our system, you will still receive a remittance each time we make a payment to you but there will be no email text with the attachment. These emails come from 'noreply@myoracle.com'.

You may be asked to choose a program to open the attachment. We recommend you open it as a PDF.
