We will send updates and information as appropriate by email, in what is a fast-moving situation.

Email us on if:

  • There are any changes to the service you provide or the current situation is having an impact on your business
  • You have any further questions or are unsure how new advice might apply to your work
  • You have COVID-19-related queries that are not answered by this website, as this helps us to identify topics that need more information

We are monitoring emails regularly. If you have an urgent query outside normal office hours, please call Adult Social Services on 0344 800 8020.

We will also provide regular updates on our Twitter account @QualityNorfolk.

If you are a care provider setting you no longer need to report positive cases of coronavirus to the CCG Care Provider Incident Room. Positive case situations should be reported to the Outbreak Management Team at Norfolk County Council Public Health to be managed locally.

Registered manager COVID-19 catch-up calls

Our quality monitoring officers are calling all registered managers to offer support, signposting and to identify any issues to escalate for resolution. We’re also asking you to make us aware if you have additional bed capacity which might be available urgently as the situation continues to evolve.
