Become a Trusted Business

To join the Trusted Business scheme complete our online application form, which includes an online payment facility so you can pay for your membership by debit or credit card.  Read our terms and conditions before completing the form.

One year's membership is £234 including VAT.

£50 plus VAT of the application fee is non-refundable if your application is refused or withdrawn.  This is to cover the costs of the administration and checks that Trading Standards have to undertake.

Once we receive your application we will begin background checks to verify your suitability to join the scheme.  We will then email you to let you know the next steps of the process.

How does it work?

Members agree to comply with strict standards and undergo a series of background checks as part of the accreditation process.

Member businesses are assessed by their own customers, through a survey system operated by Referenceline.  Customer ratings and reviews are published to help other customers make a more informed choice.

The Trusted Business scheme offers its members:
