Trusted Trader disputes

Independent dispute resolution is available for all customers who use a Norfolk Trusted Trader and are not satisfied with the service they received.  However, you should always try to resolve the problem with the trader first.

If you haven’t been able to resolve the issue after eight weeks, or if the business makes a final offer (a 'deadlock letter'), you can then take the dispute to our independent dispute resolution provider, CEDR (Centre of Expert Dispute Resolution).  To find out how to get your dispute reviewed visit the CEDR website.
