Trusted Trader disputes

If you used a Norfolk Trusted Trader member and are not satisfied with the service you received, you can get help to settle the dispute. You can:

  • Talk to the trader and try to sort out the problem with them first. It can often help if you put the issue in writing to them
  • Complete our raising a Trusted Trader complaint form if you have not been able to settle the dispute by talking to the trader
