If you used a Norfolk Trusted Trader and are not satisfied with the service you received, you can get help to settle the dispute.
If you have a problem with a Trusted Trader member, these are the steps to take:
- Talk to the trader and try to sort out the problem with them first. It can often help if you put the issue in writing to them.
- If you haven’t been able to settle the dispute by talking to the trader, talk to us. The Trusted Trader team can give you advice and will help with discussions where we can. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the problem still isn’t resolved after eight weeks, or you and the trader have reached deadlock, you can take the issue to our independent dispute resolution provider CEDR. Find out more on the Centre of Expert Dispute Resolution (CEDR) website.
