Trusted Trader disputes

Independent dispute resolution is available for all customers who use a Norfolk Trusted Trader and are not satisfied with the service they received.  However, you should always try to resolve the problem with the trader first.

If you haven’t been able to resolve the issue after eight weeks, or if the business makes a final offer (a 'deadlock letter'), you can then take the dispute to our independent dispute resolution provider, CEDR (Centre of Expert Dispute Resolution).  To find out how to get your dispute reviewed visit the CEDR website.

If you are Trusted Trader member and you need to find out more about our dispute resolution process then please read our Terms and Conditions and see our Fees and charges schedule (Section L 3a and 3b)
