This page is about local services and opportunities that are helpful for getting about and getting involved in your local community. Norfolk Community Directory: On this directory you can access details of a wide range of services, including day care, community meals, independent advice and clubs and societies.

The HERON database is a comprehensive and searchable source of self-help support groups, statutory and voluntary agencies covering the whole of Norfolk.

Adult Education provides learning and leisure courses all over Norfolk.

Traveline provides timetables and information about bus and train services.

Strong Roots is an innovative therapeutic horticulture project in Norwich. It is based on four adjoining allotments, which are being developed into a shared garden.

Voluntary Norfolk can link you up with volunteering opportunities.
