Our schemes

Norfolk is home to existing Housing with Care schemes. These differ from new schemes as they were all built before 2019, come in a range of sizes and mix of facilities available. The care package available in each scheme is also set up differently to new schemes.

A 60 one and two bed apartment scheme in Costessey, Norwich. All 60 apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 65 years of age.

Benjamin Court

A 30 one bedroom apartment scheme in Cromer. All 30 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 65 years of age.

Dell Rose Court

A 48 one and two bed apartment scheme built in Norwich. All 48 apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Grays Fair Court

A 34 one bedroom apartment scheme in New Costessey, Norwich. All 34 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Green Lane View

A 30 one and two bedroom apartment scheme in Aylsham. All 24, one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Harriet Court

A 40 one bed apartment scheme in Lakenham, Norwich. All 40 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Laburnum Grove

A 30 one bedroom apartment scheme situated in Thetford. All 30 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Lisbon Court

A 30 one bedroom apartment scheme in King's Lynn. All 30 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 65 years of age.

Lloyd Court

A 40 one bedroom apartment scheme in High Kelling, on the outskirts of Holt. All 40 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 65 years of age.

Oakes Court

A 40 one bedroom apartment scheme in Downham Market. All 40 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 65 years of age.

A 40 one bed apartment scheme in Cromer. All 40 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

A 40 one bedroom apartment scheme in Wymondham. All 40 one bed apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Saxon House

A 37 one and two bedroom apartment scheme in Loddon, Norwich. All 37 apartments are social rent with new residents being accepted from 50 years of age.

St Augustine's Place and Addison Road

A 20 one bedroom apartments and 15 bungalows scheme in Gorleston-on-Sea. All of the properties are social rent with new residents being accepted from 55 years of age.

The Lawns

A 30 one bed apartment scheme in Great Yarmouth. All 30 one bed apartments are social rent, with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

The Meadows

A 92 one and two bed apartment scheme in Norwich. The 92 apartments are a mix of one and two bed apartments, with nine of the apartments designed to care for people with dementia.

The Old Maltings

A 24 one bed apartment scheme in Swaffham. All 24 apartments are social rent, with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age.

Weavers Court

A 48 one and two bedroom apartment scheme in Diss. There are also three bungalows available for accommodation. All 51 dwellings are social rent.
