Who can move in

Supported Living is for adults in Norfolk with care and support needs. This includes: 

• People with a learning disability 
• People with physical disabilities 
• Autistic people 
• People with mental ill health

People are referred to Supported Living after they have been assessed by adult social services. 

Adult social care assessment

If a person has been assessed and is eligible for care and support, ask the social work team whether Supported Living would be a good option and find out about what is available.
