Safeguarding Adults Awareness Week 2016

This year Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Awareness Week is from 12-18 September 2016. The aim of this week is raise awareness in Norfolk of adult abuse and inform people of how to identify and report abuse. The key messages are:

  • Norfolk is a place that does not tolerate abuse
  • Safeguarding adults and reporting abuse is everyone's responsibility
  • Raising awareness of abuse helps to prevent abuse
