The Norfolk First Support service provides intensive support for up to six weeks if, for example, you've been in hospital and need support when you return home.
If you get in touch with us, we'll carry out an initial assessment of your needs. The Norfolk First Support team will then work with you to develop a personalised plan.
This is designed to help you regain the skills and confidence to remain independent in your home, therefore avoiding costly, long-term support.
If you're assessed as eligible for the reablement service then it's provided free for up to six weeks.

Working for Norfolk First Response you will be supporting people to be as independent as possible and to live in their own homes for as long as they are able.
