Practitioners wanting to book onto Family Support Process training (formerly CAF training) will need to enrol via our Early help section.

Frequently asked questions

Your setting will be invoiced once the training has taken place.  You must pay promptly to avoid your future training applications being affected.

We will always send communication regarding your training application.  If you fail to receive any communication from us prior to the training you will need to contact us to check on the status of your application, in order to avoid any unnecessary non-attendance fees.  It is the responsibility of the setting to check on the progress of applications if you fail to hear anything from us.

If you are unable to attend a course you must email your name, setting and details of the course you're cancelling your place on to
You will receive an email response with a cancellation code which you must keep should you need to dispute any non-attendance fees issued.

We do not accept cancellations by phone.

  • If you give at least 24 hours’ notice you will not be charged
  • If you give under 24 hours’ notice you will be charged the cost of your place
  • If you fail to attend a course and no notice is given, the below non-attendance fees will apply
  • If a course has multiple dates and you cancel your place part way through, or fail to complete the course without notification, the below non-attendance fees will apply.
