MAP (Mancroft Advice Service) is providing a free and confidential phone advice line and email advice service for young people across Norfolk.

The advice line is open 10.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
If you live in Norfolk and are aged 11-25, call or email if you:
- Need food
- Are worried about money and debt
- Need advice about housing or benefits
- Don’t know where to get help for other problems or worries
MAP's team of expert advisers will be there to help. They also provide support on lots of different issues including:
- Employment, education and training
- Being a young parent
- Relationships, sex and sexual health
- Gender identity
- Mental health
- Drugs and alcohol

In Great Yarmouth MAP are offering:
- One-to-one mentoring
- Online youth clubs and group work
- Campaigns on loneliness and isolation

Counselling and the Point One Service
MAP’s counselling service is still running and they're contacting young people currently accessing the service to offer Zoom or telephone counselling.
They're also contacting young people on their waiting lists to offer support where there is availability and capacity.
