Personal education plan (PEP) meeting

Personal Education Plan (PEP) meetings are held each term. The purpose of the meeting is to review and update your Personal Education Plan (PEP).

Who should attend?

• You
• Your social worker
• Your carer
• Someone from your school. This will usually be your designated teacher. Sometimes, it maybe someone who knows you best, although they would still speak with your designated teacher when planning for the meeting

You will always be invited to be at the meeting, however if you don’t want to be there you must:

• Have the chance for your views to be shared
• Get feedback after the meeting
