Refresher training: Family Support Process

Course aim

The course will provide an update in the use of Family Support Process incorporating the new Signs of Safety approach.  This half day course will give participants, who will have previously completed CAF/FSP training, an opportunity to look at the new Family Support Process forms as part of the Family Support Process.

Who should attend?

This course is only suitable for those who have previously completed the one day CAF/FSP training.  This is a suitable course to attend if you are the Designated Safeguarding Lead in your school.

When and where will courses be held?

6 March 2018 at The Pod, Colman Junior School, South Park Ave, Norwich NR4 7AU

Half-day course (9.30am – 12.30pm) - please register after 9.15am at reception

Note - the course scheduled for 16 November 2017 has been cancelled.

How much does the course cost?

Nothing, all our training events are free!  However, if you need supply cover, your agency will need to fund this.

Although the course is free it does have a cost implication to Children’s Services if people don't attend.  With this in mind please ensure that we are advised at least seven days in advance if you cannot attend by email to cs.earlyhelp.norwich@norfolk.gov.uk.  Failure to do so could result in a cancellation fee of £50.

How do I book?

Please complete a booking form available on our website and return it to cs.earlyhelp.norwich@norfolk.gov.uk

Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis, so return your form promptly to avoid disappointment.

You will receive confirmation of your place by email when we receive your booking form.
