CBeebies has a range of advice and tools to help children be more mindful, including Your Mindful Garden, part of its Go Explore app.

My Life has produced a YouTube video containing four games to encourage mindfulness. The games are focused on the power of breathing.

Stories to comfort and inspire

The Book of Hopes, an interactive PDF on the website Issuu, was created for children during lockdown by more than 100 children's authors and illustrators.
