If your child has an education, health and care (EHC) plan or is having an assessment, and you have a question, you can contact us via our dedicated phone line.
If we cannot answer your question straight away, we will come back to you within 48 hours.
If you need to find out the name of your EHCP coordinator, check a recent letter before calling us.
