Inclusion Development Programme

The Inclusion Development Programme (IDP) is part of the government's strategy to improve outcomes for children with special educational needs. It was first outlined in Removing Barriers to Achievement. There are three documents to support Early Years Foundation Stage Practitioners:

  • Supporting children with speech, language and communication needs
  • Supporting children on the autism spectrum
  • Supporting children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties
