Short Breaks Statement

We want to make sure that families in Norfolk have clear information on Short Breaks. We have produced a Short Breaks Statement so that families know what services are available, who can access them, and how the range of services and activities is designed to meet the needs of children with disabilities and their families in Norfolk.

The Short Breaks Statement will be reviewed every year to make sure it's up to date.
