Sign into myOracle

If you hold more than one contract of employment with different employers, you'll need to provide a different email address for each employer. 

Steps to register and sign in

You may receive an email to the email address you provided to your employer. However, this is not mandatory to sign in and as long as your email address is on your myOracle record, you'll be able to sign in.

Please visit the myOracle troubleshooting page for external staff before following the steps below.

  1. Select 'Sign into myOracle'.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account. This will be the email address you supplied when you first registered for a myOracle account and may be different to the email address you currently see pre saved in the sign-in box
  3. Enter the password for the email address associated with your account. Please do not attempt to change the password from within the Microsoft sign-in window when registering or logging in. This could lock your email account. If you need to change the password for your email account, you can do this via the help section of your email provider or from your workplace IT support provider if using a workplace email account.
  4. Get to the point where you are prompted to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator App - do not install this app. Instead, look for the line of text that says 'I want to set up a different method'.
  5. (One Time Setup) Choose Phone and click confirm.
  6. (One Time Setup) Change the Region Code from United States to United Kingdom and enter your phone number - a code will be sent to the number you entered.
  7. (One Time Setup) Enter the code and this should sign you in.
  8. To log in again always use the bookmarked page from step 1
