What you will learn
You will be taken through some techniques you can use with inks such as wet on wet techniques and mark-making to create lively and delicate drawings.
About the Tutor
Rebecca Mills has a BA (Hons) Graphic Design and has worked as both a Graphic Designer and freelance Illustrator. Her own artwork is created by both handmade and digital methods. Her area of expertise is digital collage, creating handmade textures and manipulating them by digital methods using Photoshop. She teaches a range of drawing, painting and digital art courses.
How will the course be taught?
This workshop will be taught online using a virtual classroom. This is practical workshop, with the opportunity for discussions and exchanges and feedback from the tutor throughout. There will be an emphasis placed on mutual support and feedback with lively group discussion encouraged.
Before you book
This workshop is suitable for both those new to inks or those or just want to learn about the medium to enliven their drawing.

What will I need?
Please have ready a good quality drawing paper, mixed media paper or watercolour paper. Ink - any type but drawing ink will be demonstrated. A stick and a dip pen if you have one and brushes of different sizes. You will need a reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone to access the virtual classroom.
