Our free online wellbeing sessions are continuing into the autumn months. Take time out to connect with nature, discover the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, grow herbs from seed, get crafty, move your body with yoga flow, learn about psychology and more.

The sessions are designed to enhance your health and wellbeing and give you the chance to focus on mind and body. You'll have support and guidance throughout from expert tutors.
