Employers in adult health or social care

Are you an employer in adult health or social care?

Perhaps you are an NHS Healthcare Manager or a Registered Care Home Manager or a Domiciliary Care Agency Manager, interested in accessing some fully-funded training for your staff.

Or you may be an employer elsewhere in the adult health and social care sector – our only requirement is that you are based in Norfolk or Suffolk.

People who are self-employed in the adult health and social care sector in Norfolk or Suffolk can apply too.

You might want to upskill some of your staff in learning topics such as:

  • Dementia
  • Autism
  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health
  • End of life care

Bespoke training for the sector can be provided on:

  • Functional skills in Maths, English and ICT
  • Level 1 course to embed the care certificate,
  • Level 1 course on strengths-based and person-centred approaches

We also have a bespoke Level 4 programme for aspiring managers.

We will support your staff members with advice and guidance from a dedicated Career Progression Mentor, who is there to help you with the learning journey.

Our training can be a step towards career progression, and can also count towards continuing professional development (CPD) for your workforce.

Our Employer Engagement Officers are on hand to help you identify ways to get your staff involved in the project.
