About Fast Lane Training Services (FLTS)
Fast Lane Training Services (FLTS) is a training unit within Norfolk County Council’s Community and Environmental Services department. FLTS was established in 1997 to provide a training and assessment service for contractors in the public or private sector, in order for them to meet their legal and contractual requirements.
Providing a high qualify, highly specialist, flexible service to support organisational and personal development needs in relation to highways and construction training, the FLTS training centre is approved by:
- City & Guilds (Centre Number 018703)
- Lantra (Centre Number 869)
- CITB Construction Skills (CSkills Centre 5054)
- The Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training (JAUPT) to offer Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence Periodic Training (via approved Consortium AC00427)
In addition, FLTS is a full member of the Highways & Construction Training Association (HCTA).
