Norfolk First Response have Coordinators (CCOs) working in the Swift Response Service, in the referral hubs, at Benjamin Court and at Grays Fair Court. The Coordinators in locality work Monday to Friday, all others work alternate weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing
All the CCOs supervise and line manage a team of either Reablement Liaison Officers or Support Workers but other responsibilities vary, depending on the setting.
The main parts of the job include:
Locality and central hub
Leading and supervising a team of RLOs
Providing advice and support to triage incoming referrals and deployment of support workers
Maintaining rotas and ensuring cover for RLO absence
Ensuring the electronic monitoring system for scheduling (Cygnum) is being used efficiently to deploy staff
Swift Response
Leading and supervising a team of Unplanned Needs Support Workers (Swifts & Night Owls)
Maintaining rotas and ensuring cover for Swift & Night Owl absence
Ensuring that the Support Workers have the required training for their roles
Being responsible for ordering, servicing and maintaining any equipment including, PPE and moving and handling equipment
Benjamin Court and Grays Fair Court
Leading and supervising a team of Reablement Support Workers
Maintaining rotas and ensuring cover for Support Worker absence
Work with the support worker team, providing care to service users as required
Maintaining service user records
About you
What you’ll need:
Experience of supervising staff
Good organisational skills and ability to make decisions
Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
