  • One site monitoring visit
  • Consideration of reports

Applications that do not require pre-application advice will be charged at £245

Very large cases (larger than 100ha, wind turbines over 50m tip height, or applications requiring environmental impact assessment) will be determined on a case by case basis.

Additional charges

Briefs for field evaluations not included in the above schedule will be charged at £70 (particularly where pre-application advice was required but not requested).

Site meetings requested by the developer will be charged separately, at the rate of £35 per hour (including travel time), plus mileage at £0.45 per mile.

Meetings held at Gressenhall would be charged for meeting time only.

Additional monitoring visits will be charged separately, at the rate of £35 per hour (including travel time), plus mileage at £0.45 per mile.  Where possible, the number of monitoring visits will be determined at the start of a project.

The consideration of reports implies that the report is approved.  If a report is rejected and has to be resubmitted, examination of the resubmitted report will incur a further charge, based on the rate of £35 per hour.
