Library service coronavirus update

Computer access

To use a computer, you will need to book a session in advance by calling 01603 774777. If you need help to use a computer or access services online, contact your local library to book one-to-one support.

This helpline is available 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturday.

We have introduced new keyboards that feel a little different to use.  They are easy to wipe down and we will clean the keyboard and mouse between sessions.

If you need to use a computer but have not booked, please wait in line to book a session with our staff.

Opening times may have changed at your local library so please check the branch page before booking or visiting.

Video conferencing

We have private PC rooms available across the county with video-conferencing facilities. Contact our telephone helpline on 01603 774777 to find out more and book a session.
