You can apply for library membership online. Once your account is created, we will email you your borrower number so you can use our online library services.  We'll post your membership card to you within 7 to 10 days. If you already have a library card and just need to know your PIN, email

Customers can download a range of free eBooks, newspapers and audio books.

There are regular Storytimes, weekly Bounce and Rhyme sessions, reading challenges, heritage podcasts, virtual reading groups and a range of online activities to enjoy. See What's on in Norfolk Libraries for more information.

Many online reference subscriptions are available from home, including Find My Past.
