Libraries at home
You can apply for library membership online. Once your account is created, we will email you your borrower number so you can use our online library services. We'll post your membership card to you within 7 to 10 days. If you already have a library card and just need to know your PIN, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers can download a range of free eBooks, newspapers and audio books.
There are regular Storytimes, weekly Bounce and Rhyme sessions, reading challenges, heritage podcasts, virtual reading groups and a range of online activities to enjoy. See What's on in Norfolk Libraries for more information.
Many online reference subscriptions are available from home, including Find My Past.

Need help with learning how to use online services? Register for Learn My Way and enter the name of your local library in the ‘Centre’ box for free online learning. If you need help downloading eBooks or using our services online, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need help using online services, you can speak to a member of library staff on 01603 774777 from 10am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturdays.
