BIPC Locals are a scaled-back version of the regional hub, and provide:

Please check the individual library web pages for opening times and services available.
If you can’t get to our regional hub or six BIPC Locals, just pop into your nearest Norfolk library where staff will be able to give you information about the free business services we provide.
It’s not necessary to be a library member to attend any of our events. But if you'd like to access our online resources or use the services at a library you'll need to be a member. Join Norfolk Libraries.
An expanding service
In 2020, The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport awarded £13m to the British Library. This was to grow the number of libraries offering business start-up support and further develop provision within the existing national network.
BIPC Norfolk got a share of this funding and is using it, together with Business Development Funding awarded through Norfolk County Council’s Economic Development service, to expand the range and availability of free business support offered.
To find out more about the expansion and free business support we offer in the county watch our online launch.
BIPC Norfolk’s Ambassador is Hazel Russell, co-founder of eco-friendly company The Wood Life Project.
Hazel has sought guidance from BIPC Norfolk on a range of topics to help her start and run the business and she is taking part in BIPC London’s Innovating for Growth programme.
As our Ambassador, Hazel is helping to raise our profile on a national and local basis.
