Tricky Period

Norfolk Libraries have free bags of sanitary products available to grab and go. If you're struggling to afford these necessities, please help yourself to a bag. There is no need to ask.

  • Tricky Period To Go - 2 packs of sanitary pads (1 normal, 1 super or night)

These are available from all Norfolk libraries.

Norfolk Libraries are also providing sustainable period products. These free Grab and Go bags contain:

  • Menstrual cups in either:
    • Size A - for people 30 and over or have given birth vaginally whatever their age
    • Size B - for people under 30 and who have not given birth vaginally
  • Washable sanitary pads - pack of 6, containing 3 x regular and 3 x super

These are available where stocks allow.

Toiletries To Go

Grab and Go bags of toiletries which contain deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hand gel and soap. 

These are available at:

  • The Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library
  • Great Yarmouth Library
  • Kings Lynn Library
  • Cromer Library
  • Dereham Library
  • Diss Library
  • Wymondham Library

Donations

All libraries accept donations of regular and super/night sanitary pads, menstrual cups and washable pads.
