We offer one-to-one sessions that can help you improve your computer skills.
Sessions are run by friendly, experienced library staff and are aimed at complete beginners to those who want to improve their skills. They are tailored to what you want to learn and we’ll go at your pace.
A one hour session costs £17.50 and includes a useful handout for you to take away.
Many of our libraries have volunteer computer buddies who can help with the basics of using a computer, searching the web, setting up emails and more. Contact your local library to find out what support is available near you.
Staff can help you discover free eBooks, eNewspapers, eMagazines and eAudiobooks that you can download and enjoy at home.
Check out our free online IT courses if you’re interested in advancing your digital skills to IT professional standards.
We have received a grant from the Good Things Foundation to help us provide free computer support in libraries until April 2020.
Our friendly staff and volunteers will help you learn at your own pace, and focus on the things which interest you most. Whether you want to use the internet to keep in touch with friends and family, apply for benefits, or start banking and shopping online, we've got courses to help you.
