We offer courses for a variety of ages and abilities that will help you improve your computer and mobile phone skills.
The courses are available across the county, although not at every library. Many are free but there is a nominal charge for some. Places on these courses are limited so book in advance.
Some of the courses we offer
IT core skills courses – free courses include: computers for absolute beginners; getting to grips with the internet; and getting started with email.

Leisure courses – these courses will extend your existing IT skills for hobbies, research or enjoyment. There is a minimal charge per session. Contact your local library for current costs. Courses include: getting the most out of your tablet; researching your family history online; managing your digital photos; and how to use a word processor.
If you have a little experience and your own email account, we also offer courses on creating a blog/website; social media; shopping online; and online media.
