You will need to renew your library membership every 3 years. This is so we can make sure that your account information is still correct.
Contact us to renew your membership:
If we have your email address, we'll send you an email 30 days before your library card expires.
If you have changed address
If you have changed your address, you will need to show us proof of your new address.
You could use one of these documents:
- Your driving licence
- Council tax bill
- Recent electricity, gas or telephone bill
You can bring proof of your new address in to a library, or you can send us scanned copy by email.
If you’re not able to send a scanned copy by email, you will need to take it in to your local library.
We will limit the number of books you can borrow to 2 until you have confirmed your new address. Once we have seen your proof of address, we will renew your full library member.
