Opening hours

  • Monday: 10am-5pm
  • Tuesday: 10am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 10am-7pm
  • Thursday: 10am-1pm
  • Friday: 10am-5pm
  • Saturday: 10am-1pm

If you just need to drop a book off out of hours, use the letterbox to the right of the main entrance.  Please make sure that books drop into the box completely and aren’t left sticking out.

Yoga, is the journey, of the self, through the self, to the self Saturday September 22nd, 29th, October 6th, 20th and 27th 1.30pm £5 a session/£20 for all four to be paid in advance when booking Learn how to move your body with awareness Improve your posture alignment, and energy flow Wear sensible, comfortable and appropriate clothing e.g. jogging pants & t-shirt and bring a non-slip mat and a blanket for relaxation. Yoga is practiced barefooted for safety. Yoga is practiced either 2 hrs after a light meal or 4 hrs after a heavy dinner. It is advised to be well hydrated before class and avoid drink during class (there are exceptions such as diabetic or pregnant)

Parents must remain with their children and when booking a medical form will need to be completed.
