Key council challenges to be scrutinised
19 January 2021
Major challenges facing Norfolk, including Covid, flooding and the county council’s financial situation, will be considered by the authority’s scrutiny committee.
The committee’s meeting on Wednesday 27 January will consider a range of major topics facing the council at the moment.
Scrutiny committee chair, Councillor Steve Morphew, said “While still making sure we keep abreast of the county response to the pandemic, we need to keep on top of other crucial issues for Norfolk, too.
“The recent damaging flooding and the prospects for council finances fall within that category. There are many questions residents would like us to ask.”
People can submit questions to the committee via email@example.com up until 5pm on Friday 22 January.
